Sure if you fullfill all criteria as green in goperform and also billable for last six months.this is automatic no need to inform anyone still it will be better to discuss once with your home manager and project manager

Guys it's not auto promotion, your manager should forward your name to HR and higher department.
30 months is just the most basic criteria to be eligible.
