Trending @Cognizant; PA to A -Q1 promotion
There are so many uncertainties within the cognizant itself regarding the promotions. Today I got to know that nomination window had been opened for Q1 and last date is 26-03, I immediately checked with my HM and he told that in go perform he is not able to see my name then to confirm the information I checked with ASK HR Team and I got to know that nomination window is already opened. Then I also checked with EDL of my project and from her I got to know that they haven’t got any update on the promotion cycle and didn’t received any eligible employees list from HR and once they receive the list they will initiate the process.
I am really frustrated now and confused that what the hell is wrong with this organisation.
Is someone nominated by their manager in Q1 already?

Today morning I have informed my home manager that the q1 promotion nomination started ,he checked in the go perform and didn't find my name or option to nominate , he asked HR , hr told that might be because of RTO compliance , then I informed my project manager that we had exception to work from home but hr saying RTO compliance, so he mailed EDL about it to get approval for promotion , I am waiting for the next updates
Tbh same scenario happened in last quarter with me they told even if you have approval for wfh you have to come office. Me too mailed my EDL for the approval but still I didn’t get any response. This quarter also its the same scenario. Current left with zero hopes from this company

Can you please find out how ?? Like did they nominated you in go perform?? Oerlse some other process because in go perform many HMs unable to see nominate option, if you help here how the process went for you, then it will clarify many people doubt

My manager told me that she has to get a list of eligible candidates in mail and she did not receive any mail
