Trending @Cognizant; PA to A promotion update needed

Today I was checking with my manager regarding the promotion. He said the nomination page is not open yet and he showed his go perform where he will get the eligibility list. I have completed 3 years 6 months in cognizant but still didn't get promotion because my last year rating is 2. Is it true for EPS the nomination is still not started? He said after the previous quarter the nomination page is still not opened yet.

No Nominations will happen for PA -A , Its a auto promotion, if all criteria is ful filled

If your Previous YER is 2 rating, forget promotion for this year bcoz 3 is minimum rating to be eligible for promotion
