Trending @Cognizant; PA to A promotion update

Nomination window is now open from may 26th till June 2nd and I have raised gsd they have told this and also asked my manager regarding this but she told there is no update regarding this. So once anybody ask your manager and kindly ping here what they are saying. And they are checking the rto from month Feb 2nd till May 5th. And same greater than equal to 30 months And 3 and above rating for eligibility.

From hr they have send the eligibility list , so there is no sort of nomination and all only manager work is to approve or reject the eligible candidates as per the project requirement.

For the last quarter they considered from Jan 6 to mar 10 right now how will they consider from Feb 2nd
