Trending @Cognizant; PA to A promotion query for ADM domain

Hi everyone, queries to know about this topic of PA to A promotion. My last year rating is 4 and joined cognizant as PAT in August 2022 through GenC evaluation.

Is there any blockages in giving promotion to the employees? When I will get to know whether I am eligible for promotion or not? Could someone kindly clarify my doubts.
