Trending @Cognizant; PA to A promotion query
I have completed 36 months on this 14th july. I asked my manager about the promotion to Associate. He said now criteria is changed, now you have to complete 30+ months at PA level to get promotion. Is this true? We need total 30+ months experience or at PA level?
it is 30 months overall experience,utilisation should be 100% (it must be having >= the number that is showing in go perform.eg.if it is 70/ 74.25 u are not eligible. it should be >= 74.25) rto should be 2.5 days per week, there shouldnt be no disciplinary actions .these are mandatory criteria additional criteria will be learning goals-100%
Everything is fine for my case. My manager clearly mentioned yesterday that he connected with HR and HR said, I need 30+ months after PA for eligibility, criteria is now changed. How can I prove him what is the real criteria?
