Trending @Cognizant; PA to A Promotion-Q2

Hi all,

i have completed 30 months in cognizant in jan 2025. But i havent received my promotion in Q1. Will i be receiving it in Q2. When i asked my home manager about the nominations update, he said it will be auto promotion and eligible candidates will receive it. How do i know whether i am eligible and is it really auto promotion? . i have 90% + utilisation,going to office for 3-5 days per week. Can anyone clarify on this🥲
