Hi all, I checked with my HR today for PA-A promotion. He said 100% learning goals completion as a criteria. But 2024 learning goals could not be able to track in Go Perform. So how can we know that if it is 2024 learning goals and even though if i complete that, it will not be updated in Go Perform anymore. So, what exactly is this criteria. can anyone explain this?
