Trending @Cognizant; PA to A promotion Nomination Tab

My manager shares her screen with me,she has 2 members under her and I can see my name in the Q3 promotion screen inside My Team but there is no button to nominate me. Any one knows from where and how I can be nominated for the Associate promotion. There is note on the screen highlighted in yellow that "Reco Promote as per criteria qtly", what does it mean ?

This time they are not doing like before , it differ BU to BU and HR asked the EDL to work with other leaders to finalize the promotion

Your manager can't nominate you. Someone will opporach her for feedback or she han reach out to HR rep for next steps.

That means this time, HM can't do anything from there side, BU will do all the stuffs

My hm only nominated me. There was a confirm/defer button on screen

Approve and deny button is not showing now it will show probably in mid of sep ,this is what i got infor from HCM
