I got deployed into a Project on 16th August and my HM got changed from 18th August. My Current HM’s Go perform is showing the below message :-

You do not have any reportee(s) who are eligible for Q3'24 Promotions (respective quarter) Promotions (AS to A & M to AD levels).

I am from EPS Oracle, what can be the issue? I am going to office all three days a week also and my date of joining is October 2021. can it be possible that my past home Manager has the right to nominate me or In September 1st week, will it get displayed on my new HM’s Go Perform?
