HR confirmed that list is shared with leads and you are eligible for PA to A promotion in July. Does that means I will get promotion in July 2025 ?

One of my fnd who has doj same as me got promoted since he had RTO. In his case even his EDL, PM, HM none of them were aware until and unless he told them personally that he got promoted. This means the promotion is in no ones hand . If we eligible no one can stop it.

For Q1 they have considered the RTO from Dec to March 10. So for Q2 i think RTO will be considered from March to June. As said by many and my PM the PA > A promotion is automated.
