Hey, can you tell me did your manager received any mail regarding the same and what is the process of nomination as my manager is new in the organisation. He doesn’t know the process.

Is this sure? People with 3 rating are eligible?

I was rejected for promotion in the last quarter,so am I eligible for this quarter or not?

I joined Cognizant as PT June 25 2024 I have completed 2 years in cognizant I got 3 rating last year can I eligible for PA if nomaintion window open should I talk with manager about promotion

My DoJ is 3 February 2022 and I got 3 rating, in the previous quarter also I was eligible but my HM said he has not received my name for nomination but in 2nd quarter he said he was nominated to me but still I haven't got promotion and then I talk with HR so she said they have changed some guidelines and we were not eligible for the same. So, in this quarter is there any chance to get promotion for me?

Are you sure about the promotion nomination window open now ? Usually it will open from 1 to 6 September. Can you please confirm this

Is this only for those PA who are hired through GenC Next?

I wil be completing 2 years oj october 2 Can i check with my home manager ? Or i am not eligible until i complete 2 years
