I joined as PAT in Dec 23rd 2022. Am I eligible to get promotion to A in Q4. Means can I request my manager to nominate me in Q4? As I can see some people informs that on Nov 20th nomination window will open. So, can I ask to my HM for nominating me in this Q4?
I joined CTS in feb 2022 but no promotions from last 3 quarters. I fulfill all eligiblility criteria but HCM said every time it is rejected at BU level.
I got promoted to A recently in October quarter completed 2 years in July.It completely depends on your BU and ratings.Delivery should approve
I joined in June 2022, i tried in last two quarter for promotion. My manager bluntly said to try in some other organisation rather than waiting for promotion here. It was harsh but they said(my manager as well as my project manager) you should have serve the organisation for at least 30 months.
