Hi All, I joined Dec2021, I am following 3days/week RTO, i have Utilization above 80 and i have rating 3 in yea 2024 but still i was not promoted to Associate. I checked with my HM and PM they said approval is in progress. I don't know what needs to be approved. Will be promoted in this cycle and anything i need to do from my end? Please anyone pours your idea.
