Hi all I have 4 rating but my they didn't considered me for last 2 quarters reason they mentioned my 2023 skill was incomplete which is true,but i heard that for 4 quarter they will consider 2024 skill up for me it's 100 % now .can someone please confirm on this and also i my timesheet compliance is 91 will affect my next pramotion eligibility.)
They will consider the previous skill up 2023 most probably, because last date to complete skillup 2024 will be in last or mid of December and the nomination will happen in November last week. And the finalise list of candidates in first week of the last month of that quarter that is December.
If your 2024 skills are 100%, you might be considered for promotion now. But 91% timesheet compliance could be a hiccup, try improving it.
