Currently I am a PA with 34 months of experience. Have 2 as rating for the past cycle Will I be promoted to A or not? If yes , kindly let me know what I need to do on my part.

No..you must have minimum YER of 3 to be eligible. If you got 3 or 3+ in next year then you will be eligible condition to other criteria

For promotion you will have to take rest birth, join cognizant just after birth. So for next promotion cycle they will be considering RTO from your DOB and ratings should be 1 crore out of 5.
