My manager has approved my promotion, waiting madly for the mail. I have 4 rating and I’m 100% billable, i have 63/100 timesheet compliance i checked todau, will my promotion get stuck?

In this quarter they promoted only P to PA as i know I am also PA completed 2 yrs in April having 4 rating still my manager not received any nomination form. I have checked with many PA they all are not received promotion mail.....
