I will be eligible for promotion in Q2.. but Last year my timesheet is amber. This year everything is green and goals/skillup everything is completed for last year.. RTO and taing is also good.. Can I expect promotion?

It's totally up to the HR teams and few resources who are satisfied all these criteria didn't get Promotion. But at the same time most of the resources got promotion. Let's hope for the best dude, all the best 🤞
