My rating is 4 in 2023, I won the GENAI hackathon in NVIDIA, Completed the solution architect examination in AWS, RTO -100%, Bill ability - 94.7( since 2 years) , tru time- 10.6/10, Lot of client appreciation, implemented three ideas and registered in bluebolt, learning goals 100% (2024) and done automation in my project. My eligibility quarter is sep but they didn’t provide me with a promotion. When they will provide me. Any suggestions pls. I have disturbed a lot.

Please someone advise, what I need to do( switching a company is not feasible for now due to some personal issues).
