My hm nominated me for the associate promotion on aug 30 and I have 2 years of experience. But now there is a news going on that the criteria is 30-36months now. Will I not get the promotion then? When my hm nominated me, the criteria in the go perform is shown as 24months only, so is there any chance for me?
