As I joined cognizant in July 2022 as PAT and got promoted to PA in july 2023 so when can I get promoted to Associate now and what are the things that I need to think of as of now

You may promoted in any quarter but you eligible from q1. If your name not in list you make not passing any cretiria check that with your edl and Amel sure by June you fix it

Yes only RTO is not proper but rest of the things are fine for me
