Trending @Cognizant; PA to A Promotion

I Joined Cts in December 2k23 as PA, When can i get promoted as A. I heard after 1 year of PA we have eligibilty to become A, but in other norms its mentioned like we should be in Cts for >24 months. Any one has any idea about this??
