Joined cts June 2022 as PA Completed 2 years. Last rating was 2 which was from my previous manager as I was a non billable resource. Now moved into another project and working as a billable resource.

  1. Am I eligible for the Associate promotion, if yes then in which quater I can expect the promotion. And do we need to talk with the manager compulsory or will they do it by themselves?
  2. If no was the answer and if I get 3 rating this year when can I expect the promotion?
  3. Please provide the criteria for promotion also
