Trending @Cognizant; PA to A Promotion

Can someone please help answering me? I am allocated to project and can attend office remotely. In my ESA assignment, it is mentioned as remote. So the criteria to become A from PA is 2.5 days/ week. Will this affect me for promotion? Also, my timesheet is almost 80%, can this also make any problem for promotion?
