Anyone got PA to A promotion this quarter?

This is true. It was communicated that promotion will be postponed to next year Q1 for those who got 3 rating. I think they are holding the budget here in this quaters so that they can give hike in August. Simple math. This is going to be heart breaking!!!

I qualify the criteria , my manager did his formality a month back, still no communication from the high authorities .. truly disheartening.

Messed up company..they bring down almost 80% pa rating to 3

when did the rating increased from 3 to 4, I got promoted in Q1 have 3 as rating🙂

If this is the criteria I’m still in for promotion, my manager has already did his thing and told upper authorities to promote me.

Can someone answer as my friend asking me regarding his promotion criteria for programmer to programmer analyst as he got 3 rating he completed 2 years as well so when he will be promoted. And is there screen short or info regarding P To PA promotion cycle
