If the name is in eligibility list, then our lead had to do anything or it is an Auto promotion?
If it’s there in the eligibility list then lead has nothing to do with it. Auto promotion process is there for PA to A. Btw your lead or BU head gave any confirmation regarding the eligibility list is out for this quarter? Or yet to??
My Manger informed that I was in the eligibility list but I am not sure about what he was saying. But in that case I can confirm you that eligibility list was released.
Can anyone here confirm me how RTO is considering it’s 3 days per week or can we report 12 days in one go in a month ??
HR gives the list to the Managers, you can ask your HCM to check with their Managers in case they don't receive
