I don't think even after 3 years also they will promote. They don't have budget. Because I have completed 3 years now and my nomination got rejected 3 times by BU. So, don't expect or wait for completing 3 years or 4 years, they are just fooling us.

Don't waste time in cognizant just try for a better package in some other company rather than promotion.

PA to A promotion entirely depends on your manager/supervisor. If they want you will be promoted, that's all.

Supervisor says that he does not have any issue, everything is on the organization policy
