Hey Folks, got an update from my manager that I have been promoted to A.
Rating -3(2024)
Don’t know when will this reflect..and I also didn’t ask him.. I didn’t received any mail yet.
Any inputs?
Shitty company......I have got back to back 5 rating in 2k23 and 2k24....have completed 30 months in Feb.....100% skillup, above 80% utilization.... minimum 3days a week office since last August and 2 days before that......still no update
Yesterday I asked my manager. I have completed 3.4 years in CTS.I still haven't received a promotion can I get a chance ? Can any one pls help.
My manager told me like you will get it soon. I nominated u but the leadership level will finalize your promotion. He said like this
I joined cognizant in October 2022, will I be eligible for promotion? I have never been to office single day , ratings are 3 both 2023 and 2024.
I am a PA joined in Oct 2022, first of all am i eligible for promotion. I have 3 ratings in both years in CIS domain. I have never been to office a single day. Since working remotely help me in saving a lot and I'm not sure if I can work from office unless I have enough salary. What are the chances they not going to promote me and they are going to terminate me as I'm not following RTO policy.
But when ur name got nominated for promotion, HR will reject at final level stating that RTO criteria didn't meet
