Hi, how do I know if my HM has approved my promotion for PA-> A?

I completed my 2 years last week.

When I asked to him he said he's approved from his side.

Anyone please clarify this doubt. 🙏

If your HM approved , then you also need approval from HR side. they will check for some criteria

Goperform page, HR dnt know who you are and what your doing they will go through you goperform, they you can see timesheet, billing hours ..etc

Based on goperform and I think some policy , I dnt know that , they will approve

There is no way to know whether your HM has approved your promotion. Only one way if you get the promotion mail in July. And there are high chances that BU will reject the promotion as I have heard that they are rejecting the promotion whose rating is below 5.
