I spoke with my manager regarding my promotion, and he mentioned that there are no nominations initiated from his side for my current level (31 months). He explained that the nomination must come from HR first-only then will he receive a notification and be able to approve it. I got confused now he also told me to connect with HR to get more information regarding my promotion.
Yes the HR sends the eligible list to the leads, you can check whether your name is there in the list or not, or whether they have shared the list to the leads
My manger told he havent received any list.when my manager will.get that list september month end ?
HR has shared the list to all the BU Leads, thats why I am telling you to check with HR or ask your manager to check with his Manager especially EDL (Engagement Delivery Lead) or PDL
Can anyone here confirm me how RTO is considering it’s 3 days per week or can we report 12 days in one go in a month ??
