My date of joining was 11th october 2022 ,when do I expect to get a promotion from PA to A My utilisation is above 100% and skill up 2025 completed, rating 3 and going 3 days/ week office. I texted my home manager and he is not responding anything before he said I will check.Now if I texted him he is not responding,he is ignoring my msg.I asked to my project manager he said check with home manager but he ignored my msg, what should I do?
