Trending @Cognizant; PA to A promotion

I have joined CTS as PAT in September 2022 and got promoted as PA in September 2023, 30 months completed in March 2025,Got 3, 3 ratings for the past 2 years and maintained RTO well, Learning Goals 100%, When it comes to utilisation, its red , becoz of June 2024 to Sept 2024 I was in bench for 4 months, Will it affect my promotion ?

My Current Utilisation is 100/75 , Which is fully green In H1 2025. and my last Year H2 2024 was in red 61/75. I have no idea about whether which will be into consideration for the promotion
