Trending @Cognizant; PA to A promotion

Hi all,

I joined as a fresher in Cognizant on end of September 2022. I was on the bench for 3 months and I got into a non billable project on 2023 Jan. I got 3 rating in go perform in 2022 and 2023 . I complete 2 years by the end of sep 2024. Can I Expect promotion and if yes, how much hike percentage can I expect ?
