First of all why are the considering Feb 2 to May 5 RTO average? By this way even for Q3 and Q4 they can choose the same RTO it all depends upon them, they knew few follows RTO in those period. It’s really annoying and demotivating.

Can anyone suggest how are they counting the days/week? My total RTO is 22 days.
