I Joined as PA. My current package is 7.4 LPA. I got a call from my manager about promotion to A. How much hike can I expect?

I got 10% only for 5 ratings and my package was same

Don't u think that's too less as I can see people who have 4.9 around have received 45% now they're at 7.2

I know we joined for much when compared but 10% is worse. At least 20% would be correct if we r getting promoted
