Trending @Cognizant; PA to A promotion

Hello all, I'm a Bsc grad with 2.5 yrs experience in cognizant in the QEA domain. I heard that Bsc grads have to wait 16 months to get promoted to Associate. I was promoted to PA by October 2023. So, now i just want to know whether or not I'll be promoted to Associate by this year. Or should I wait for 16 months. PS: I have had good ratings for all these years and my Utilization is also in Green.
