Trending @Cognizant; PA to A promotion

Hi guys! A little context: I am in an internal project and allocated in a non billable role (as it is an internal project so no aspect of utilisation) where my manager is asking me to attend 2-3 days office (I only attend office for 2 days). I joined CTS on Dec 2023. Whenever I go on LinkedIn I get more confused as some people are promoted from PA to A in a year or year + 3 months but also a good amount of people are getting promoted after 2 years. Any idea when can u expect my promotion also I got 3 rating in last cycle.
