I promoted to PA in August 2023 my rating is 3 and all go perform is green. Will I get promoted to A in this 2024 August. Can anyone please help with genuine information? Will be helpful for me. Thanks in advance

The promotion criteria have become very strict. In your case, the Business Unit (BU) will likely state that only employees with a 5 rating are eligible for promotion, leading to the rejection of your promotion. Even if you have a 4 rating, the BU may introduce new rules, such as additional certifications or other requirements, making it difficult for you to meet all the eligibility criteria.
