Please let me know if anyone, currently I had completed 36 months around and I got 3 rating this year. I was not promoted last year due to a rating of 2025. So, can I expect a promotion on the April month cycle now. And my manager also informed me that he had given my name to hr for promotion. So can I know about this please it will be more helpful.
