I got promotion after 2.10 yrs in cognizant (may 2022 doj) Domain:- AIA Q2 rejected because of utilisation issue 💔 Q3 rejected because of 30 months 💔 Q4 rejected because of RTO 💔 Q1 successful 🎉(rto jan 3 days , feb 12 days, march 12 days ) utilisation goals 100 % Please be patient everyone will get promotion if you see I waited 10 plus months
Bro how to know the reason for not getting the promotion? My HM is not sure. How to know our HR as my HM says he don't know
If your HM don't know, he can ask his manager, because usually senior Managers, engagement delivery leads, associate directors of ur projects will have those information, you can reach ur hm and ask him to help on this by reaching ur leads, everything we can't do alone
