Hey guys,
I'm a Q4 2022 joinee and finished 30 months in April. I have ensured to comply with all the eligibility criteria for A promotion. I have been billable from Day 1 of my assignment but since the PM had wrongly assigned the project, my utilisation has fallen below 75% and my name is currently not in the list for Q2 promotions.
Has anyone been in such a situation? What action can I take due to this negligent behaviour by PM. Please advise:)

Similar situation here.. The client we're working for has specifically asked everyone to work remotely but my SM assigned me hybrid work model by mistake. Now even after complying with all the other criteria and excellent YER I'm not in the list of people getting promoted. HRs saying that SM should have assigned remote work model to everyone in the project. My SM is ready to get exception from anyone required but HR denied any kind of exception in this case.

Yes how do you know that your name is not in the list.
