Trending @Cognizant; PA to A level promotion nomination and update
I have called to gsd and connected with analyst and they said today is june 3rd is the last date and informed me to ask my HM regarding it and even asked my HM and she said she didn't recived anything, so kindly confirm if anybody received any update regarding the nomination frok there Hm
I checked with my HCM. He says that there is no action from his side and is automatically done if all criteria is met. Domain:EPS
There is no nomination process from last year Q3, if you meet all criteria then reach to your senior managers or engagement delivery leads etc etc leads with the help of your home Manager and take confirmation from them because leads will have the eligible people list which was shared by HR, and your leads need to confirm your name from their side like they are ok for your promotion, please do this ASAP , apart from this nothing works because the same process happened for us in q1 where we got promoted that time, but just opening and watching go perfom gives nothing, and also many of the home managers also not aware of this processes so they may say they don't know, but this is the actual process
