Trending @Cognizant; PA to A level promotion in Q4 (DOJ : May'22).

I was promoted from PA to A-level since I fulfilled all the requirements. When I got in touch with HM, he informed me that my name was on the list of people who were promoted. HR will call you shortly to discuss your promotion, and in February, you will also get Jan's updated pay. However, I haven't gotten anything as of yet. Do any of you know anything about that?

I have also heard that promoted associates list is out and it has been shared to EDL/BU.

Wait for few more days, Till 26th Feb everything will be clear

can i know your RTO Status till now? like going to office 3 days every week till now? and on average how many hours you are maintaining on office?

Same even my HM updated me about the same. But I'm not sure if the pay is going to change in feb or April

I have also joined in may 2022 got 4 star rating in last 2 yrs and have been project since joined... my manager told he nominated me for PA to A but no updates since that... I dont have trust with anyone from leadership team lf Cognizant nowadays... even dont know whether Ill get promotion or not.
