Hi I joined in july’22 & YER 3 and I am from QEA domain . when Can I expect promotion to A ? I am in non billable project since joining, will it cause any problem?
My manager has to nominate me or from BU nomination will come ? And within when I have to ask my manager about all these ?

Promotion might take a bit longer, especially if you're non-billable. Manager nomination is key, so have a chat with them soon.
