It's been an eventful 2 years at this god forsaken company. To begin with a 6 months delay in joining. Then our hopes were somehow heightened with the dreams of being an Associate at 2yrs in the company. Well now they are saying we have to normalise the rating and give you less than u deserve because of the upper management. And now you have to be 30 months here to be eligible for promotion. Who knows what will happen next quarter or the next one. What kind of management is this. You are forced to eat more than you can chew and even if you manage that you'll get average rating, increment and the girl who your manager likes more gets away with everything.
