I see one video on you tube, in which they mentioned if you have a 4 5 rating and 30 months then you are eligible for 3 rating 36 months is required,
In my case I have completed 30 months with 3 rating, my manager is well supportive. But the promotion is in BU's hand. He nominated my name for promotion but after that no update for me. No changes in teams profiles.
