Hi , My HM got an email from my EDL stating that these people are being promoted in April cycle(which have my name too) . What does April cycle means is it is effective from April or in july.

My joining date is Nov 2022 , and I didn't go to office since last 3 months , if I start going office from next week, is there any chance I get promoted?

If your leads know you or referring you for promotion I think RTO is not that required I think

I didn't follow weekly 2-3 days but went straight days in span lo jan 6- march 10th i went for 20 days to office

Effective from April 1st they won't get or send any list for Q2 so early...

My HM also told me my name is in the Q2 list and it is effective from April 1. Not sure when I will get confirmation
