As per current policy..anyone knows how long it will take to get promoted to A from PA. is that will work out if asking A promotion in 1 year of PA promotion with 5 ratings?

I asked the same to my manager , he told it's auto approved after 30 months if all your metrics are good. Metrics in the sense , your RTO,etc.
