My date of joining is 30jun 2022 as Pat,so am i not eligible for jun quarter to get promotion from pa - a?people are saying due to tenure issue you are not eligible but why is the eligibility list generated 1 week prior to quarter end .just because of 7 days i am not eligible?what do you guys think?

Its complete bullshit brother. Cognizant management is simply trying to not give promotions to people.
My joining date was 30th June 2022 as well, joined as a PAT. The list was generated in mid May itself. We were nominated by our HCM in May itself, which then went to BU and HR. And the promotion mails came in last week of June ( I dint get)
These assholes are giving shitty reasons like RTO, Certification and all. My BU Director directly told me that I will give only on 2.5 years.
Don't believe these people. They are just making up stories.
Yeah true,better to start preparing and switch to some other company
