Trending @Cognizant; P to PA promotion got updated in associate 360 why there is no update on PA to A.Anyone aware of this?

Today as a Programmer to Programmer Analyst they got an update.

yea I got promoted P to PA in March 2025 and one of friend got promoted in april

No its not..Just the CCA role changed which is getting reflected in Teams. Grade shows to be P and Equivalent. It should be PA.
So I don't think anyone's Promotion happened yet.
